Returns Accepted for 30 Days

  • You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Free Return Shipping

  • The first return shipping is free!
  • If you need to make additional returns from the same order, a $11.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each additional return.

No Restocking Fee

  • We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Refund Process

  1. Select the "Return" in your account.
  2. Ship the item back using our prepaid return label.
  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Items Not Eligible for Return

While we accept returns for most items, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, clearance items, final sale items and free gifts.
